Better Life Coffee...
...is a nonprofit mission helping orphans in third world and developing countries. Their goal is to create a 'Better Life' for all God's people by ensuring fair pricing to the farmer, aide in Bible translation and fund mission projects. (Currently they are raising money for a boarding school in Nicaragua.)
The coffee is a mixture of Caturra and Maragogype beans grown by small indigenous tribes in the high country of Nicaragua. The beans are small batch roasted by Wallhouse Coffee in Sugarcreek, Ohio. There are currently three blends: City Roast, Breakfast Blend, and Dark Roast.

Hungarian Paprika vs. Smoked Paprika
Hungarian Paprika relates to a variety of pimento pepper that has a more spicy (but not hot) flavor profile than the Sweet Spanish Paprika. It is a good, non-MSG flavor enhancer.
Smoked Paprika is the Sweet Spanish type pimento pepper that is smoked and dried.
RECIPE for Smoky Cauliflower
1 lg head cauliflower broken in -1 inch florets (about 9 cups)
2 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1/2-1 tsp dried minced garlic
1-2 TBSP minced fresh parsley
Place cauliflower in a bowl. Mix oil, paprika, and salt. Drizzled over cauliflower; toss to coat. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 450F for 10 min. Sprinkle with garlic and continue baking for 10-15 min longer or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
