Greetings from the Ashery once again,

I hope this finds you all doing well and enjoying your summer. I have been pinching myself to make sure it’s actually July, but hey, here we are talking about plans for the Fall! They say time goes faster the older you get. If that’s the way it is, I’ll be driving a race car when I’m 80! ☺

We have some more exciting news for you here as we celebrate our 40th year at the Ashery. Just recently 2 neighboring Amish men completed a book on the history of the Ashery community. In this book, you will find out what an ashery was, read stories from several different neighbors of the Ashery, and learn how the Ashery Country Store came to be. You won’t want to miss this book if you want to know more about the Ashery. You will find them on display here along with our commemorative 40th Anniversary Coffee Mugs.

Also, I want to say thank you again to all of you, our wonderful customers, who shop at the Ashery. My heart is full as I think of all the friends we have come to know over the years! We pray you all have a safe and wonderful summer.
