Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Starch, Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Egg Whites,wheat Starch,baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Fumaric Acid, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Lauryl (Whipping Aid), Leavening, Monocalcium Phosphate, Baking Soda, Salt, Cellulose Gum, Citric Acid Artificial Flavor.

  • Recipe: 1 package Angel Food Cake Mix,  1½ Cups cold water. Beat 6 to 8 minutes. Pour into a tube pan. Bake 37 to 40 minutes at 370°. After removing from oven, flip pan upside down to cool.
  • Shelf Life – Up to 12 months in an airtight container. However, there is a possibility that the leavening will lose strength after 6 months. It can also be frozen for a longer shelf life.
