  • Recipe: 1½ cups dry mix, 1 1/3 cup water and ¼ cup butter (½ stick). Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Grease or spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Measure dry mix and place in a medium mixing bowl. Add water and butter to a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour hot mixture into bowl with dry mix. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix batter once more and add to greased loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until all water has been absorbed. Makes 6 servings.
