  • Try this loose-leaf blend of Be Well Tea which is a nourishing blend of herbs to strengthen your body and to support normal immune system function
  • Directions: Bring 1 quart water to near boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Sweeten with honey or other natural sweetener if desired.
  • Warning: Do not use this product if you are allergic to ragweed or other plants in the asteracea family.
