Ingredients: Horseradish Powder.
- Horseradish is made from a plant in the mustard family. The powder is made by grinding the root and drying it with a gentle heat. Horseradish powder has a hot and pungent taste and is most commonly used in condiments and to flavor meats. To make a sauce use 1 part horseradish powder to 2 parts water. To make a mustard use equal parts horseradish powder, ground
mustard, and vinegar. For a cocktail sauce use 2 TBSP horseradish powder to 1 cup ketchup.
