- Meat tenderizer is the powdered enzyme of the papaya fruit that helps to soften meat and helps reduce cooking time. Use this tenderizer on all meats, including beef, pork and chicken.
- Lightly moisten meat with water. Sprinkle Tenderizer: use 3/4 teaspoon per pound of meat. Pierce meat deeply with fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Broil, grill, bake or fry immediately after applying.
