Ingredients: Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Emulsifier [Soy Lecithin], Artificial Flavor), Enriched Bleached Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Brown Sugar, Sugar, Vegetable Shortening (Contains one or more of the following: [Canola and/or Palm Oil] with Preservatives [TBHQ]), Whey, Contains 2% or less of: Leavening (Baking Soda), Salt. Allergens: Milk, Soy, and Wheat.

  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix is simple to make – just add eggs and butter (or margarine) to this mix to create soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies. Add extra ingredients, such as chopped nuts or additional chocolate pieces to the mix to create a unique cookie treat.
  • Recipe: 1 egg, 5 tbsp. butter or margarine (softened), 3 cups mix. Combine ingredients and blend on low speed until stiff. Drop by tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet 3-4 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Yield: 18 (3 inch) cookies.
