Ingredients: Specialty Flour Blend (rice flour, tapioca starch), Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Cane Sugar, Emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), Salt, Xanthan Gum, Vitamin and Mineral Blend (calcium carbonate, niacinamide [vitamin B3], reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride [vitamin B1], riboflavin [vitamin B2]) Enzymes.

It looks and slices like a traditional wheat flour loaf, without any grittiness or aftertaste. Easy to prepare, this mix yields superior results every time and can easily be used for pizza dough, too.
  • Recipe: 3¼ cups GF Bread & Pizza Mix; 4 Tblsp butter, melted; 1¾ cups lukewarm milk; 3 large eggs; ¼oz yeast  1.Combine butter, oil, milk and eggs. Beat in 1 cup of mix and 4 tblsp yeast. Add remaining mix 1 cup at a time. When all mix is added beat on medium high speed for additional 2 minutes. 2.Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. 3.Stir to deflate. Spoon batter into greased 9”x5” loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350°. 4.Proof until middle is crowned 1” over rim of pan, 20-40 minutes depending on temperature. 5.Bake 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
