- Directions: 1. Heat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use nonstick spray. 2. Transfer Scone Mix into medium bowl. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Mix until dough comes together, being careful not to over mix. 3. Using ¼ cup, drop onto cookie sheet. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they start to turn brown. 5. Serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy! Makes 9 Scones.
