- Recipe: 2 cups water, 1 cup rice blend, (salt & pepper to taste).In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice blend. Return to a boil, stir, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir, remove from heat, keep covered and let steam for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
- Options: 2 Tbsp. butter may be added to the water before the rice blend is added.
