  • Creamy broccoli soup is made with real whole milk, real cream, chicken broth and broccoli. This soup is accented with sea salt and a touch of butter, wine and lemon to make a mild, creamy soup that tastes great on its own or with added cooked chicken meat or rice. Try adding some fresh broccoli florets for a thicker, chunkier soup. This soup is a low sodium soup therefore salt may need to be added with any additional ingredients.
  • Recipe: ½ heaping cup Creamy Broccoli Soup Mix, 1 ½ cups water and 1 cup milk. Mix liquid with soup mix in saucepan. Using a wire whisk stir well and bring the mixture to a near boil. Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes to allow the vegetables to hydrate completely. Serve.
  • Options: Fresh broccoli florets can be placed in the liquid in the beginning of the process. Diced chicken or turkey may be added.
