Ingredients: Basil, Almond Meal, Non-GMO Maltodextrin, Evaporated Cane Juice, Cheese Powder ( Maltodextrin, Parmesan, Romano & Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes) Salt, Milk Protein Concentrate, Disodium Phosphate, Nat Flavor), Yogurt Powder (Cultured Whey, Non-fat Dry Milk), Sea Salt, Whey, Corn Starch, Onion, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Guar Gum, Black Pepper, Citric Acid, Soy Sauce (Fermented Soybeans & Wheat, Salt), Nat Color, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).

  • Basil, onion, garlic and a combination or Parmesan, Romano and cheddar cheeses come together to create this unique pesto dip. This dip can be enjoyed with fresh vegetables and whole grain crackers or it can be used as a spread for sandwiches and wraps. This dip can also be used as a sauce with your favorite pasta. Toss with pasta, steamed vegetables and fresh cooked meat for a complete meal.
  • Recipe for Dip: 8oz Sour Cream, ¼ cup Pesto Mix.  Whisk together till smooth; refrigerate 30 min or more. Serve.
  • Recipe for Sauce: ¼ cup water, ¼ cup Pesto Mix, ¼ cup Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar.
    Stir the ingredients together. In a small sauce pan (can be done in the microwave) heat the sauce to a gentle side boil, while stirring. Pour over Pasta, Rice, Steamed Vegetables, etc. Serve.
