Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Potato Flour, Whole Egg Powder, Sea Salt, Oat Fiber, Dairy Blend(Whey, Buttermilk, Nonfat Dry Milk), Onion, Black Pepper, Mustard, Baking Soda, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Betalain (Beet Antioxidant).

  • Use to make your own meatloaf. Recipe: 2 lbs ground meat (beef, venison, pork or turkey), 1 1/2 cups water, 1 cup(.30 lbs)meatloaf blend. Mix the meatloaf blend into the water until smooth. Add the meat and thoroughly mix together. Shape the loaf and bake at 325° F for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove from the oven. Allow to “Rest” 15 min; slice and serve. Options: gravy, ketchup, or stewed tomatoes can be poured over the meatloaf for the last 10 min of baking.
