Smokehouse Meat Rub

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Natural Evaporated Cane Juice, Paprika, Ginger, Allspice, Dried Onion & Garlic, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Celery, Cayenne Pepper. Pure Vegetable Oil added for consistency.
- Moisten pork ribs, pork butts with vegetable or olive oil. Apply heavy layer of rub on meat 3-24 hours before putting in smoker. Use with choice cut of meat.
