- Directions: 1. Heat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use nonstick spray. 2. Transfer Scone Mix into bowl. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Mix until dough comes together being careful not to over mix. 3. Using a ¼ cup drop onto baking sheet. 4. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until they start to turn brown. 5. Serve with a hot cup of tea of coffee. Enjoy! Makes 9 scones.
