Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Blanched Almond Flour, Oat Flour, Coconut Sugar, Cocoa, Erythritol, Xylitol, Stevia, Tapioca Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium, Phosphate), Xanthan Gum.

  • Recipe: 1 pkg Chocolate Cookie Mix, 5 Tablespoons Melted Butter, 2 Eggs. Mix for 3 minutes. Preheat oven to 325°. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto cookie sheet. You will get approximately 3 dozen cookies. Bake approximately 9 minutes. Put your favorite frosting between 2 cookies.
