Ingredients: Processed potatoes.
- Potato Starch is gluten-free starch commonly used to thicken soups, stews and gravies. This starch is a popular thickener because it is a permitted ingredient for Passover.
- Dissolve first in cold water before cooking it. Use equal amounts of water and potato starch to make a paste then add a little more water for easier mixing into the hot liquid. It is often used in mixing flours for a Gluten-Free flour for baking.
- Shelf life: 1 year in a cool dry place.
