  • Beef Flavored Base can be used to make a fully seasoned beef stock or broth for use in soups, sauces and gravies. This base can also be used as a seasoning for steaks, roasts, and other fresh meats and seasoning for hearty beef stew.
  • Add 1 t. to each pound of ground beef for meatloaf, meat stew or hamburger mix. Sprinkle over meats or fried foods for extra flavor.
  • FAQ- What is the difference between beef base and broth?
    A- The broth does not contain any actual meat product and the base does. The beef base has beef fat and beef extracts, that is why it is more moist. Both can be used for the same purpose.
