  • Amish Macaroni Salad Mix features sweet-and-sour mustard and sweet peppers. Easy to prepare, the traditional recipe requires only water and mayonnaise to complete the dressing, and is combined with macaroni and chopped hard boiled eggs.
  • Recipe: 2 cups mayonnaise, 1 cup water, 1 cup Amish Macaroni Salad Mix, 1lb elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled and 3-4 hard boiled eggs – peeled and chopped. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, water, and Amish Macaroni Mix. Add macaroni and chopped eggs. Fold together until dressing is evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
