- Recipe: 2 cups water, 1 1/3 cups rice blend. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice blend, stir and return to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let steam for 8-12 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. OPTION: 1 Tbsp. butter or oil may be added to the water before the rice blend is added.
