  • White chicken chili has a wonderful, warming flavor with the perfect amount of spice, white beans and corn. An easy, quick fix on a cold winter day or spend a little time customizing to make it your own special comfort meal.
  • Recipe: ¾ cup Soup Starter mix, 2½ cups water. Directions: In a medium saucepan, stir soup starter mix into water. Over low heat, bring to a simmer with frequent stirring. Simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 65 minutes before serving. Makes 2 – 8oz servings. Options: Add shredded, cooked chicken and top with cheese.
  • Optional Recipe: 4 cups water, 1½ cups White Chicken Chili Soup Starter, 2-15.5 oz cans navy beans, drained, 1 cup whole milk, Avocado, Cilantro, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Corn tortilla chips. Directions: In a large saucepan, combine Soup Starter mix and water, and stir. Carefully bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Bring back to a low simmer for 15 minutes. Add milk and blend until smooth. Then stir in shredded chicken and navy beans. Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching the bottom. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cilantro and avocado, and serve with tortilla chips! Simple and Delicious!
