This hearty dip is made with black beans, garlic, bell peppers, onion and a combination of spices for a dip that is perfect for enjoying with crunchy tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. This dip can also be used as a base for seven layer salads or as a topping for chicken, beef or cheese quesadillas.
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup Natural Black Bean Dip Mix
8 oz. Sour Cream
Whisk the dip mix into the water and allow it to set for 3 minutes.
Add the sour cream and whisk together until it is smooth.
(Add 1-2 Tablespoons of mix for a darker, richer flavor).
To make a medium hot dip, add Chili Powder or ground Cumin to taste.
To make a hot dip, add Chili Powder and Cayenne Pepper to taste.
