Good Afternoon,                                                           1-15-24

Here in Ohio, we are experiencing real winter weather. There were spots of black ice on the roads on Friday PM with rain and snow mixed. On Saturday we got a little snow with strong winds and colder temperatures. We had 9° on Sunday morning and still very windy, but the sun came out and by late PM the wind died down. The temperature this morning was 7°. This is the perfect time of year for it.

I hope you all had an enjoyable New Year’s Day and are ready to face another year.

The season for fresh citrus is here. Ashery has oranges, mandarins, grapefruits, and lemons from California.

Last Wednesday the ladies from church got together to work on a quilt that will benefit a good cause. The youth spent an evening together sorting popcorn that they had planted in the spring as a fund raiser and work project. They were blessed with an abundant crop.
