Quite a few different varieties of mint have grown this spring already and can be used to make fresh garden tea. Some of these may grow wild in meadows, along creeks, etc. To get a quick and easy refreshing tea, hot or cold, that tastes similar, try our Meadow Tea Mix. This natural tea mix is like the old-fashioned meadow tea which is made from a wild type of mint that grows along the banks of streams that flow through the meadows of Penn Dutch country.
Ingredients
1/2 cup mix
1 quart water
Instructions
Whisk together well and chill.
