Whole Wheat Pasta and Bean Tuscany Soup is a heart healthy soup inspired by the flavors and fragrances of the Tuscan Region of Northern Italy. This soup combines organic whole wheat pasta, red beans, natural beef stock and olive oil with a touch of natural wine flavor. Whole Wheat Pasta and Bean Tuscany Soup has three aromatic herbs (Rosemary, Sage, and Thyme) to complete the Tuscan flavor.
¾ cup Pasta & Bean Tuscany Soup Mix
2 ½ cups water
Boil water and add soup mix, then return to boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat, cover and let steam for about 5 minutes. Serve. Options: Excellent served with fresh salad and crusty Italian bread or add leftover roast beef or sliced Italian Sausage & vegetables.
