Description
Cheesy Potato Soup, Flavored with Bac’n is a thick, creamy and delicious soup. The smoky flavor of bacon spreads through the cheesy cheddar sauce loaded with diced potatoes and other vegetables. This soup has no meat nor meat broth added for those on meatless diets.
Ingredients
3/4 cup Cheesy Bac’n Potato Soup mix
2 1/2 cups water or milk
Instructions
Blend water and mix together well with a wire
whisk while bringing to a boil. Reduce heat
to simmer for 10 min. Stir often to keep
from scorching. Cover and let steam for 10
min. before serving to allow the vegetables
to soften.
Delicious as a sauce for over steamed veggies.
